The coach
Vineet Sabharwal
Vineet spent close to a decade at Ashoka University, latterly as Head of Admissions, where he interviewed more than 3,500 applicants and ran workshops on liberal education for schools across the country. He knows what an admissions committee is actually reading for, because he was the committee.
Before that, twenty-two years across McKinsey & Company in consulting and Hindustan Times in media, and a Chartered Accountancy qualification — a background that shows up in how strategy, evidence and narrative are handled in a student's application.
He teaches every session himself. There is no associate layer, no batch, and no template.

Coach the student, not the application
An application is a by-product. If the thinking is real, the essay, the test and the interview all become easier.

Batches optimise for the provider. A cohort of one optimises for the student, and lets the work move at their pace.
Say no clearly
We do not coach standard SAT or CLAT, and we tell families when a programme is not the right fit. Honest scope is part of the service.

Regular check-ins, candid assessments and no theatre. Families make better decisions when they can see the evidence.
